Pure disappointment.

All was fine for over a year, some general wear and tear from daily wear but nothing major, then it got slightly squished by accident, was easily bent back into shape but then i started losing the diamonds. I sent it away to be repaired, only to find the actual gold is HOLLOW every time they tried to re set a diamond another would pop out. Then in re shaping it would crack and I actually had several different jewellery repairs shops refuse to try and repair as it was so weak. A complete disappointment for something that not only is from such a big brand like Disney but also a ring priced at over 1k! There's other equally beautiful rings for a lot less, made a lot better. Absolutely heartbreaking. Now only months away from my wedding I've been left with a hollow, fractured and fragile ring I'm unable to wear. Please don't risk it with this ring, it's beauty is soon overshadowed by its poor quality. Do your research and always buy solid gold!!!!

Not worth the money

This was brought for my engagement ring ad im a massive beauty and the beast fan. Although the ring is beautiful, after 6 months the rose is literally hanging on by a thread. Took it to h samuel to get fixed as still under warranty, to be told its my fault its like that and they are going to charge me to get it fixed. Seems checking these reviews its a common problem that they wont rectify. This is an expensive ring. It should be made properly and not have these issues. Save your money and get something else. Absolutely disappointed that i have to pay to fix it.

Not worth the money

Ring was brought as an engagement ring, the first ring snapped after 9 months as given a replacement this then lasted just over a year and the same thing Happened. Customer service from the store and head office is appalling. Still awaiting a response after 2 months of them having the ring. Do not buy really not worth the money

Had this engagement ring a little over 12 months. The whole diamond rose snapped off. This shouldn't happen on a ring that costs close to £1k. I have had to go through my house insurance to get this fixed and they couldn't so now i am down money as had to pay the excess off. I get married in 9 days and no engagement ring with me. Very unhappy all round disappointment.

Dream ring if there was one

I saw this two years ago and I’ve looked at it so many times. My partner finally allowed me to upgrade my ring (for a third time) to this (3 months ago) and I still look at it several times a day and smile. It’s so so beautiful, I’m the most easily “bored” person in the world and usually I’ve found a fault by now but I’m still so in love with this stunning ring. It’s even better in person! So worth the money. (I took out insurance after reading the reviews too)

Perfect

I got this engagement ring a few years ago now and still love it! It's still nice and shiny.. I was a bit worried at first as I saw a few reviews about the diamonds falling out but questioned it at the store and got insurance just incase. However, I have never had any issues with it. I now have the matching wedding band and always get compliments on them..

An Unexpected Beauty

What an absolutely stunning ring. I was proposed to with this and fell in love. I was dubious at first about a "disney engagement ring" and worried the quality would be bad. However it is perfect. Everyone always comments on how attractively stunning it is. Stylish yet slightly geeky if you know what you're looking for! The rose leaf detail is beautiful.

Dream ring.

This ring is absolutely beautiful. My fiancé has bought my dream ring for our wedding day. I can not wait to wear it and watch it sparkle. The ring is very delicate and light weight. I would have given this ring 5 stars but unfortunately I was a little disappointed with the colour, looks more gold than Rose gold. The picture isn’t accurate, does not look pinky. However, it is still worth the purchase.

Missing diamond

I got engaged on Christmas Day and there is already a diamond missing. I’ve only been engaged a month! Nothing that can be done about it until the shops are open. Poorly designed ring for the money as this should not happen and from other reviews this isn’t the first time this has happened! It’s a shame really because apart from that I absolutely love the ring!

Whenever I was looking at rings as hints to my then boyfriend (now fiancé) to propose this was always the ring I came back to. I love rose gold jewellery but wanted to still keep it traditional in a way by having a silver ring and this was a perfect mix of the two metals. Super comfy to wear, not to big a design that you knock or catch it on things! Perfect for any Disney lover out there and even for the non Disney lovers too!

Poor quality ring

My fiancé brought this ring back in June/July 2019 and gave me the ring in August. By November, I had to take it back to the store in Bullring Birmingham as the ring had so easily scratched, and for the price of the ring I was not happy. They sent it away for 2 weeks and had it repainted. The lady then told me not to wear it every day as I type in my job, bare in mind I work full time Monday-Friday so that means 5/7 days I wouldn't be wearing my engagement ring.. When I received my ring back it was beautiful and shiny, like new again! However now, in March the colour is fading, the silver paint is fading to a horrible yellow colour and the rose gold is going brown. I love the ring it is gorgeous, but for the price of it the quality is very poor. I love the ring and I have got in touch with customer services again - awaiting contact. I take my ring off when I wash my hands and have a shower and the paint is still going horrible.

I had a few issues with my original engagement ring that my fiance had picked for me Thankfully I had a great customer service advisor who sorted the situation and let me pick a replacement. Super Happy with this ring!

My girlfriend asked me to marry her on 01.01.2020 I was in complete shocked at how beautiful this ring was, I love rose gold and she loves Disney which is perfect, it's so sparkly, the rose also reminds us of her Nan who we sadly lost in 2019, she loved roses, so this ring has loads of good meaning to it. Amazing Ring

My partner got this ring for my engagement ring last year and i absolutely love it. Unfortunately for some reason the inner band on the ring had split which is very unusual but the staff at the Bedford branch were amazing and really helpful so i am getting my new ring in the post! Even with what happened i am still not disappointed by this ring it was just one of those things that happens so would highly recommend

My Belle ring is so beautiful! I absolutely love it. The staff at H. Samuel's in Douglas, Isle of Man couldn't have been more helpful too. Nothing was too much trouble for them and had my ring re-sized for me so I didn't have to wait the 12 weeks for a new one. I'm so impressed with it I won't take it off and because I took out the Insurance Policy with it it's fully protected against any damage for the next 5 years. So I can wear it when I like without any concerns of damaging it because, if I do it'll be repaired or replaced free of charge. Fantastic purchase - would whole-heartedly recommend this ring to anyone.
